While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy, Telyfsa does not warrant that all published specifications are free from typographical errors or that they will remain unchanged at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

4. Quotations, Pricing and Payment

All quotations issued by Telyfsa are valid for the period stated within the quote document. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on currency fluctuations, freight costs, and distributor pricing. An order is not binding until written confirmation has been issued by Telyfsa and payment or agreed credit terms have been established.

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, SWIFT, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UPI, NEFT, and such other methods as may be agreed in writing. All payments must be received in cleared funds before goods are dispatched, unless a formal credit arrangement is in place.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written order acknowledgement from Telyfsa and settlement of any required advance payment. Telyfsa reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel any order at its discretion, including where products become unavailable, pricing errors are identified, or where an order cannot be fulfilled within a commercially reasonable timeframe. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Customer-initiated cancellations after order confirmation may be subject to restocking and handling fees where goods have already been procured from our supply network. Please contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Telyfsa coordinates international and domestic logistics on behalf of the customer. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to carrier schedules, customs processing, and circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the agreed carrier. 7. Warranty and Quality

All products supplied by Telyfsa are quality-verified and carry the original manufacturer warranty applicable to the product and region of sale. Telyfsa does not supply grey-market, refurbished, or repackaged items. Any warranty claims outside of the manufacturer standard coverage must be raised with Telyfsa in writing. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telyfsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, or operational downtime, arising from the use of our products or services or from any failure or delay in supply. Our aggregate liability in connection with any individual order shall not exceed the value of that order as confirmed in writing.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
